GET SETTLED IN
Join. Install. Connect.
-
Accept your company invitation
Open the personal link from your company admin. Enter your name and choose a password of at least 12 characters. Already have an account? Use its current password. Confirm the company name before joining.
If you don’t have an invitation, ask the person who introduced you to InnerCrew Work to arrange a company workspace. Open sign-up is not available yet.
-
Install the Windows app
Download the installer above, run it after company approval, and open InnerCrew Work from the Start menu. Updating an existing installation? Quit the old app first, then install 0.4.0. Your existing device connection is retained.
-
Connect this computer
Sign in at work.innercrew.org. Open My devices (or Company devices for admins), choose Connect a device and copy your private enrollment code. It expires in ten minutes.
In the installed app’s Presence settings, keep the server as https://work.innercrew.org, paste the code, name the computer and select Connect computer. Use a new code for every computer. An already connected computer does not need another code when updating.
-
Check your workspace
Confirm the company is correct and ask a teammate to check your computer’s status. In Software updates, confirm version 0.4.0. One person can connect several computers without adding another seat.
You control sharing.
Pause or resume sharing in Presence settings or the tray menu near the Windows clock. Choose Stop sharing and quit to finish for the day. Closing the last app window asks whether to quit or keep running in the background.
Closing a browser tab does not stop the installed app. An abrupt shutdown or lost connection can take roughly 90 seconds to appear offline. Another connected computer may keep your overall presence online.
A shared view. Your choice.
The app shares current computer connectivity and activity, your chosen availability, and manually reported room participation within your company.
It does not collect screenshots, keystrokes, app names, browsing history, microphone audio or message contents. Computer activity is separate from availability. Automatic Google Meet attendance is not connected yet.
A few things before you start.
Will it update itself?
Weekly checks are the default once signed automatic delivery is enabled; 30-day checks are also available. Automatic delivery is disabled in this unsigned build. For now, your admin will tell you when an approved new version is ready. Updates will not force a restart.
Can I start a trial without paying?
An invited company admin can activate one 60-day company trial. Everyone in the company shares its end date. Payments and paid checkout are not available yet; paid access must be supported before a company can continue after its trial. Reinstalling does not restart the trial.
Who can help me?
Contact your company admin through your usual support channel for invitations, installation approval and device setup. If no workspace appears, ask them to check your membership. Keep passwords, invitation links and enrollment codes out of screenshots and issue reports.
How do I verify the file?
